The Better Access to Mental Health Care scheme was introduced to provide Medicare benefits for certain Allied Health mental health services including psychological therapy provided by eligible Clinical Psychologists and focused psychological strategies provided by eligible Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers. The Chronic Disease Management Plan is available for patients with a chronic or terminal medical condition and complex care needs.
